“Beachwalk” is located in the estate area of Ocean Road. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, an outdoor summer shower with hot and cold water, a large outdoor deck (12ft x 22ft), gas barbecue grill for entertaining as well as a charcoal grill, spacious yard with beautiful landscaping, kitchen with stainless appliances, a flat screen tv in the living room, dvd player, ceiling fans, and beautiful hardwood floors. There is central air conditioning, free high-speed internet, and parking for 4 or 5 cars. It is in a very convenient location between 2 of the best beaches in the state (Narragansett Town Beach and Scarborough Beach). You can see and hear the Atlantic Ocean right across the street and can walk to the seawall and pier in just a few blocks. It is an immaculate, well-maintained, non- smoking property and a delightful vacation experience.

Ideal family and friends vacation

Had the BEST vacation with family and friends at this house in Narragansett. Ideally situated for beach days, close to grocery store and shopping, fantastic restaurants and nightlife only within 2 miles. This house had everything we needed for the 6 adults, 2 toddlers and infant- plenty of space for everyone. The owners thought of all the vacation necessities and luxuries for this home. Our families particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower and deck as the perfect way to relax after a fun-filled beach day. Day trips to Providence, Newport, & Block Island were easy and convenient . You can’t go wrong with this rental so we just booked again for this year – can’t wait!

Memorial Day weekend (3 nights) $2300.

May 17- June 17 (3 night minimum) $675 per night.

Weekly Summer rates start June 17 at $4995 per week including all taxes and cleaning fee.

Labor Day weekend (3 nights) $2300.

Linens are included in all weekly rentals, but please bring your own towels.

Refundable damage deposit $500

Wireless High speed internet access is free.

Owner’s lease agreement must be signed.
Some pets considered (one small dog with approval but no cats please). Pet fee $150.
This is strictly a Non Smoking home. Violation will result in forfeit of security deposit.

Rates are subject to change until booked and other discounts may be available. We only require a $500 deposit to hold your reservation. You can change your dates based on availability.

We will email you a lease which you must return within 3 business days along with a $500 security/damage deposit. We cannot hold a week without a timely deposit. The balance may be paid in 2 payments. Final payment is due 90 days before check in. Due to the limited number of summer weeks available, there is a strict cancellation policy. The money will only be refunded if we are able to secure another rental at the same rate. We accept electronic transfers or checks. No credit cards, please.

Please note the state of RI has required us to collect an 8% tax on all short term rentals of less than 30 days.
