“Beachwalk” is located in the estate area of Ocean Road. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, an outdoor summer shower with hot and cold water, a large outdoor deck (12ft x 22ft), gas barbecue grill, spacious yard with beautiful landscaping, kitchen with stainless appliances, a flat screen tv in the living room, ceiling fans, and beautiful hardwood floors. There is central air conditioning, free high-speed internet, and parking for 4 or 5 cars. It is in a very convenient location between 2 of the best beaches in the state (Narragansett Town Beach and Scarborough Beach). You can see and hear the Atlantic Ocean right across the street and can walk to the seawall and pier in just a few blocks. It is an immaculate, well-maintained, non- smoking property and a delightful vacation experience.

Ideal family and friends vacation

Had the BEST vacation with family and friends at this house in Narragansett. Ideally situated for beach days, close to grocery store and shopping, fantastic restaurants and nightlife only within 2 miles. This house had everything we needed for the 6 adults, 2 toddlers and infant- plenty of space for everyone. The owners thought of all the vacation necessities and luxuries for this home. Our families particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower and deck as the perfect way to relax after a fun-filled beach day. Day trips to Providence, Newport, & Block Island were easy and convenient . You can’t go wrong with this rental so we just booked again for this year – can’t wait!

We absolutely loved our stay at Beachwalk in Narragansett! It was an ideal place for our family and friends to relax, reconnect, and enjoy time together. The house is in a perfect, quiet location, just a short walk to the Town beach, great restaurants, and charming shops.

The house was immaculate, with spacious comfortable shared areas. Our favorite spot was the beautiful deck offering plenty of seating for various occasions, whether we were enjoying morning coffee, sharing meals outside, or relaxing together in the evening. The owners provide a generous starter supply of necessities and consumables, such as paper products, cleaning items, and kitchen basics. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and grilling, from preparing simple breakfasts to making family dinners and hosting casual meals with friends.The bedrooms were roomy and well equipped, with ample dresser and closet space, extra blankets, and thoughtful essentials that made our extended stay especially comfortable. The layout worked beautifully for our family of four, giving everyone space to spread out while still feeling welcoming when friends visited during our stay.

The owners made our stay feel effortless and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Their quick, thoughtful responses gave us peace of mind before we even arrived, and their clear check-in and check-out instructions made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The helpful house details made it simple to settle in right away, and their local tips helped us choose restaurants, beaches, and activities with confidence instead of spending time searching on our own. Most of all, the home felt carefully prepared for us, with the essentials already in place so we could relax and feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. We will be back again!

This is strictly a Non Smoking home. Violation will result in forfeit of security deposit.

Rates are subject to change until booked and other discounts may be available. We only require a $500 deposit to hold your reservation. You can change your dates based on availability.

Cancellation Policy- we only give refunds if we are able to replace your booking, but you can change your dates at no charge.

We will email you a lease which you must return within 3 business days along with a $500 security/damage deposit. We cannot hold a week without a timely deposit. The balance may be paid in 2 payments. Final payment is due 90 days before check in. Due to the limited number of summer weeks available, there is a strict cancellation policy. The money will only be refunded if we are able to secure another rental at the same rate. We accept electronic transfers or checks. No credit cards, please.

Please note the state of RI has required us to collect a 14% tax on all short term rentals of less than 30 days.
