“Seaview” is a large home which is wonderful for family gatherings. It features an open floor plan with a great room and includes a kitchen with granite countertops, dining and living areas, fireplace, flat screen tv, and DVD player. From the great room, you can access a deck and screened porch which faces the waters of Narragansett Bay across the street. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor.
Upstairs, there is a family room with sleep sofa, fireplace, flat screen tv, and an additional fully applianced kitchen. The second floor also has another master bedroom with queen bed and a futon, large bath with 2 person Jacuzzi, walk-in Roman shower, another washer and dryer, semi private den with 2 twin beds, screened porch, private sundeck, and a large deck with a view of Narragansett Bay.

Wonderful vacation home

Beautiful, spacious house (five bedrooms)! Lovely screen porch. Very comfortable furniture. Beautiful wooden floors too. Two kitchens — two families could stay here and divide into upstairs and downstairs. Close to terrific beaches. Not far from Newport and even Providence if you want to do some sightseeing. Our whole family was very happy.

We loved our stay. From start to end, everything went as expected and beyond. It was my dad’s 60th birthday and the host greeted us not only with the keys, but with a birthday balloon. The house is clean and comfortable, especially for a larger group. Kitchen had everything you’d expect. The house is off the main road, but you don’t too much traffic and the bedrooms are at the back of the house making it quieter. I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Narragansett.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The space was so relaxing and very much appreciated during such a special weekend for a dear friend’s wedding in nearby Jamestown. The home is close to so much, yet still feels very private. The wrap around deck was one of our favorite features (decks on both floors!) I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing space for friends/family. Parking was spacious in the driveway and the kitchen had all the basics we needed to make a great breakfast for our group. Thank you again! We hope to be back.

Ted and Betty have a great home in a fantastic location. They were very accommodating and quick to respond if ever there was a question. The house was perfect for my family trip, and would be excellent for any family or group of friends looking to spend time in Narragansett. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning.

We had such a great time staying at Ted and Betty’s home in Narragansett. We spent a long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends and family, and everyone loved it. The home is very conveniently located, mere minutes from the beach, restaurants or conveniences. The home offered many different areas for us to hang out (our favorite being the second floor deck) and the well stocked kitchen kept us busy cooking and eating. If you have not been to the area, this is a wonderful place to stay and see what all the fuss is about. Will definitely be coming back.

We really enjoyed staying at Seaview in Narragansett, the location is great – close to everything and the home is large with plenty of room that allowed our group of adults and teenagers to spread out. The house has a great flow from the kitchen into the dining and living area and then into the outdoor spaces / porches so that we could be spread out but still all in view of each other. It’s great to have three bathrooms when you have a lot of teenagers and we appreciated that. We cooked in a couple of meals and appreciated the very as well equipped kitchen. The hosts were easily reachable and always responded to my texts within a few minutes for any questions we had. We had no problems and would definitely stay at this home again.

The space is basically broken into two full sized apartments (upstairs/downstairs). Pretty nice view while sitting on the deck was an added bonus! Was close to many different attractions. All in all, a memorable place to stay!!

Memorial Day weekend- $2300 including all taxes and cleaning.
$675 per night May 17- June 20 (3 night minimum)
Labor Day weekend- $ 2300 for 3 nights includes taxes and cleaning.
Refundable damage deposit $500
Wireless High-speed internet access is free.
Great for family reunions. (Baby equipment available).
Owner’s lease agreement must be signed.
Some pets considered (one small dog with approval and $150 pet fee) but no cats please.
This is strictly a Non Smoking home. Violation will result in forfeit of security deposit.

Booking and Deposit
We will email you a lease which you must return within 3 business days along with a $500 security/damage deposit. We cannot hold a week without a timely deposit. The balance may be paid in 2 payments. Final payment is due 60 days before check in. Due to the limited number of summer weeks available, there is a strict cancellation policy. The money will only be refunded if we are able to secure another rental at the same rate. We accept electronic transfers, checks, or Zelle. No credit cards, please.
Please note the state of RI has required us to collect an 8% tax on all short term rentals of less than 30 days.
